What is Royalty free Music?
Music purchased from Liquidity Music is royalty free. This means that after paying a one-time fee, you can use the music you have purchased as many times as you like. ‘Public Performance’ royalties are still owed to the composer when broadcast publicly (film, television, radio, etc). These royalties are paid only by the network broadcasting the music and NOT by you or your clients. Jeremy Spencer is a member of SOCAN, so please ensure the music is reported using a cue sheet. How long do licenses last?
SINGLE TRACK licenses are granted in perpetuity which means that once you have generated the license for a given production, you never need to worry about attaining another license for that content (provided that the usage remains within the scope of your license agreement).

Do I need to complete a cue sheet?
A cue sheet is required when you are using music for a production that is being used on a television network, radio station, or theatrical release (film, trailers, etc). What is a YouTube Content ID Notice?
This is a notice you receive when a video you've uploaded contains content that YouTube identifies as being owned by someone else. YouTube and Liquidity Music are nor claiming any rights to the original video footage you created. The YouTube Content ID system asserts claims relating to Liquidity Music's content that you have most likely included in your video. The original video is yours, subject to Liquidity Music's rights in the music in your video which remains Liquidity Music's. In other words, both parties retain ownership of their separate creative property.
